One account per person
Only one account per natural person and household is allowed.
Identity verification
ID and address verification are required before the first withdrawal.
Dormant account
After 12 months of inactivity a maintenance fee may apply.
Right to amend
Terms may be amended; changes are communicated in good time.
Account registration and use
An account is strictly personal and may only be used by the registered holder. Only one account is permitted per natural person, family and household. Sharing, transferring or logging in on behalf of another person is forbidden and can lead to immediate closure with the loss of any remaining balance. The minimum age to register is 18, in line with the UK Gambling Act. For other markets, different age limits may apply as required by local law.
When you register, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. Changes to personal details must be passed on within reasonable time through your account settings or customer service. Providing inaccurate details can lead to a block on withdrawals, closure of the account and, in serious cases, reporting to enforcement authorities.
Deposits and withdrawals
Deposits may only be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from a third party are not permitted and are refused or reversed automatically. The minimum deposit is £10 for most methods, with a few exceptions for specific methods such as bank transfer.
Withdrawals are processed back through the same payment method used to deposit, where technically possible. The maximum withdrawal is £10,000 per week for standard accounts, with higher limits available for VIP accounts. Identity verification is required before the first withdrawal under UK anti-money-laundering rules. Verification covers a valid identity document and a proof of address no older than three months.
Bonuses and promotions
Bonuses are awarded only under the terms in force at the time of activation. Specific terms per bonus such as wagering, max stake during bonus, validity and excluded games are detailed on the promotions page and inside your account overview as soon as a bonus is active. Bonus abuse, such as deliberately using strategies to bypass wagering, results in the bonus and associated winnings being withdrawn.
Only one bonus can be active per account at any time. A new bonus can be activated only after the current one has been cleared, expired or expressly cancelled. Cancelling a running bonus removes any winnings made under that bonus.
Responsible gambling
Responsible gambling is a core part of our service. From the very first login, you can set deposit limits, session limits, reality checks and self-exclusion. UK players can additionally register with GAMSTOP for a system-wide self-exclusion across every UK-licensed operator. We reserve the right to intervene proactively if our systems detect signs of problem gambling, for example by imposing deposit limits or temporarily freezing the account for a safer gambling check.
Dormant account and closure
An account without activity for twelve months is classed as dormant. From that point a monthly maintenance fee of £5 may be deducted from the remaining balance, with a minimum balance of zero. Six months into inactivity you will receive a reminder by email. Reactivation of a dormant account happens automatically as soon as you log in again.
You can close an account at any time via My Account, with options for temporary or permanent closure. On closure, any remaining balance is returned to the most recently verified payment method. Permanent closure is final and cannot be undone.
Disputes and governing law
Disputes between player and platform are addressed first through customer service. A formal complaint then follows an independent internal handling within fifteen working days. If the dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction, you can refer it to the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service named on our contact page. These terms are governed by the law of the licensing jurisdiction.
How does account verification work?
Verification is required before the first withdrawal and can also be triggered proactively after a large deposit or signs of elevated risk. You upload a valid identity document and a proof of address no older than three months. As an extra check, a selfie or a statement from your payment method may also be requested.
Handling usually takes between 24 and 48 hours. If anything is unclear, the verification team gets in touch by email. After successful verification your account is fully active and all regular withdrawals are available straight away.
What happens if I breach a bonus term?
If you breach a bonus term, such as exceeding the maximum stake or playing on an excluded slot, the bonus and any associated winnings may be removed. The system usually detects breaches automatically and you receive a notification when it does. Any originally deposited amounts remain yours, of course.
Accidental breaches happen, especially when switching between games. If in doubt, you can ask for a check via chat before continuing to play. Deliberate or repeated breaches of bonus terms can lead to exclusion from future bonuses.
Which withdrawal limits apply?
For standard accounts the withdrawal limit is £10,000 per week and £30,000 per month. VIP accounts receive higher limits depending on their tier, with the highest VIP group up to £50,000 per week. For exceptionally large wins, such as progressive jackpots, separate arrangements can be made through the finance team.
Withdrawals via crypto and e-wallets are usually available within one to four hours of approval. Bank transfers take one to five working days depending on your bank. Approval itself usually happens within 24 hours of the withdrawal request.
May I transfer my account to someone else?
No, an account is strictly personal and not transferable. Sharing login credentials or letting someone else play on your account is expressly forbidden. If this is detected, the account is closed immediately with the loss of any remaining balance.
The background to this rule is anti-money-laundering regulation and protection against identity fraud. If someone else wants to play, they should open their own account in their own name.
